beautiful Shenandoah Valley, Virginia, USA, overlooking
views of Signal Knob and the fabled Blue Ridge. Her Australian
location is in the Blue Mountains. In-studio, pre-purchase
viewings of Ranna's work are by arrangement and arrangements
can also be made to view her work in Australia.. Ranna divides
her time between the USA and Australia. Work by Ranna®
exhibited at any location is provided by Ranna®
Arts Incorporated (LLC), a limited liability company
registered in Delaware, USA.

THE TRADEMARK "RANNA® "
In 2004, Ranna became aware that an athletic
shoe company was in process of applying for a U.S. trademark
over the name "Ranna". On advice from an arts
lawyer and an intellectual property lawyer in Washington
D.C., in order to separate her artwork from athletic shoes
Ranna applied to the U.S. Patents and Trademarks Office
and obtained the International Trademark U.S. Reg No.: 2,912,853
over the term Ranna® in a trademark class relating to
2D artworks and installation artworks.
The trademark has achieved "incontestable
status" under U.S. trademark law (Lanham act) and remains
current.
